Thank you for choosing PrestiGo Asia. We are committed to delivering seamless, personalized, and memorable travel experiences across Southeast Asia. The following Booking Conditions outline the terms and responsibilities between PrestiGo Asia (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) and the traveler (“Client”, “you”).

By confirming a booking and making payment, the Client acknowledges acceptance of the following terms and conditions.


 

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A booking shall be considered confirmed only when:

  • The required deposit has been received by PrestiGo Asia.
  • Written confirmation has been issued by our travel consultant via email.
  • All requested travel services have been successfully secured with our suppliers.

Until confirmation is issued, availability and pricing remain subject to change.

 


 

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

To secure your booking, a deposit payment is required as follows:

  • 500 USD deposit per person of the total tour cost upon confirmation.
  • Remaining balance payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For bookings made within 30 days before departure, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Certain premium services such as luxury resorts, cruises, domestic flights, train tickets, or special event bookings may require full prepayment or separate payment terms.

Payments may be made via:

  • Bank transfer ( USD/CAD/AUD/EURO)
  • Credit card ( Vietnamdong)
  • Approved international payment methods

Any bank charges, transfer fees, or third-party payment costs shall be borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed.

 


 

3. Pricing Policy

All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are based on:

  • Current exchange rates
  • Government taxes
  • Supplier tariffs
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Local operational costs

PrestiGo Asia reserves the right to adjust prices before final confirmation in case of unforeseen cost increases. Once full payment is received and booking is confirmed, no additional charges shall apply unless initiated by the Client (e.g. upgrades, extensions, or itinerary changes).

 


 

4. Amendments & Changes

Any request to amend confirmed services must be submitted in writing.

This may include:

  • Change of travel dates
  • Destination changes
  • Hotel upgrades/downgrades
  • Flight modifications
  • Passenger detail corrections
  • Additional nights or services

All amendments are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees or supplier-imposed charges.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once services are confirmed.

 

 


 

5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

30 days and more prior to the arrival date: Cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment, the international flight will be following their cancellation policies (if any)

Between 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment, the international flight will be following their cancellation policies (if any)

Between 14 to 8 days prior to arrival date: Cancellation fee of 70% of the total payment, the international flight will be following their cancellation policies (if any)

Less than 8 days prior to arrival date, or no show: 100% charge

Please note:
Non-refundable services such as:

  • Air tickets
  • Train tickets
  • Cruises
  • Peak season bookings
  • Festival/event reservations
  • Visa fees
  • Certain luxury accommodations

may carry separate cancellation terms imposed by suppliers.

 


 

6. Unused Services & No Refund Policy

No refunds shall be provided for:

  • Unused hotel nights
  • Missed meals
  • Missed transfers
  • Unused tours
  • Voluntary early departures
  • Unused transportation
  • Late arrivals caused by the Client

Refunds for partially unused services are strictly subject to supplier approval.

 


 

7. Passport, Visa & Travel Documentation

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all required travel documents are valid, including:

  • Passport validity
  • Entry visas
  • Transit visas
  • Vaccination requirements
  • Travel permits
  • Immigration documentation

PrestiGo Asia shall not be held liable for denied boarding, refused entry, delays, penalties, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

 


 

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.

Coverage should include:

  • Trip cancellation/interruption
  • Medical treatment
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Personal accident
  • Loss of baggage
  • Flight disruption
  • Travel delays

Travel insurance is the Client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the quotation.

 


 

9. Health, Fitness & Special Requirements

Certain itineraries may involve physical activities such as trekking, hiking, cycling, boating, or extended walking.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Assessing their physical ability to participate
  • Informing us of dietary restrictions
  • Declaring medical concerns
  • Advising mobility requirements
  • Notifying special assistance needs

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety or delivery of services.

 


 

10. Liability & Responsibility

PrestiGo Asia acts as a tour operator and travel coordinator, arranging services with carefully selected third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, cruise companies, and local guides.

While every effort is made to ensure quality and reliability, we shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Weather disruptions
  • Road closures
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Supplier insolvency
  • Acts of government
  • Theft, injury, loss, or damage beyond our direct control

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked services paid directly to PrestiGo Asia.

 


 

11. Force Majeure

PrestiGo Asia shall not be responsible for failure, delay, or modification of services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Typhoons
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Strikes
  • Border closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Epidemics
  • Transportation disruptions

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with alternatives.

 


 

12. Child Policy

Child rates, extra beds, room sharing, and family-specific services are subject to hotel, airline, and supplier regulations.

Age-based pricing may vary by destination and service provider.

 


 

13. Complaints & Claims

Should any issue arise during travel, Clients are required to notify:

  • Their assigned travel consultant
  • Local guide
  • Local emergency contact

immediately so corrective action can be taken.

Formal complaints submitted after travel must be made in writing within 14 days of trip completion.

 


 

14. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information shared by Clients shall be treated with confidentiality and used solely for travel planning, reservations, operational support, and legal compliance.

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except where required for service fulfillment or legal obligations.

 

 


 

15. Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit, making full payment, or confirming a reservation, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Conditions.
